In the Physical and Health Education department, our goal is to provide our students with the tools and confidence necessary to foster a healthy, active lifestyle. Our students will develop their knowledge of personal hygiene, sports and fitness, human physiology, healthy eating habits, and a balance between work and leisure into their daily living.
As of grade 9, students have classes in the fitness-center. Here, they can develop their own fitness plans and develop their physical literacy.
In addition to the students' individual development, Mac's program includes a wide variety of team activities including hockey, soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, and cross-country running.
